Subtitles are sorted by the date the first subtitle was added.
When you filter on a certain language, the sorting is not on the date of that language, but still on the date of the first subtitle added for that movie.

For instance:
I search for dutch subtitles by filtering by language.
The results are not showing by the date the dutch subtitles are added;
They are sorted by the date(time) the movie was created in your database.

Example:
I search for dutch subtitles and I'm only interested in dutch subtitles.
I want to know whether any knew subtitles have been added in this language.
On this page (currently) first I see the dutch subtitle for 'The secret sex life of a single mom (2014)',
which I added on 2023-03-12.
On the same page, after previous subtitle, you can find dutch subtiles for 'Fallo! (2003)', which I added
on 2023-04-10.
I would expect, when browsing just by language, to find the subtitles for 'Fallo! (2003)' before the one
of 'The secret sex life of a single mom (2014)'.
As far as I can see, subtitles are sorted by the DateTime the first subtitle for that particular movie has
been created/added.

My expectation:
I (regularly) check whether there are any updates in my language(s) (languages, since I'm polyglot),
and I want to see the new additions in a particular language (not for a particular movie) on top of the page
so I don't have to scroll through the entire list to find out whether there are an new additions.
all the movies of that particular language

This sort order has been set on purpose. I'll add an option to change it.
