Hi admin, I went to the profile menu and I didn't find the menu to change my email. How do I change my email?

No, the profile page is quite the same since the beginning and the todo list (adding bio, picture, ...) is still the same than 5 years ago :/
Meanwhile, you can use the Contact form or PM me. (https://www.avsubtitles.com/contact.php)
