nowadays there are such possibilities to detect speech from videos that anyone can do something even without knowing the language very well, youtube has speech detection, microsoft (personally I use the microsoft application) (https://azure.microsoft.com/pl-pl/services/cognitive-services/speech-to-text/#features)
