Hello ! You may have noticed that the subtitles you wrote are sometimes uploaded on other sites. As for me, I used to upload them on OpenSubtitles and Subscene. I always add a first line to give my email. Unfortunately, some people or sites take your subs, and remove your credits to add their own advertisement :( The most recent case I noticed was when I discovered the site SubtitlesDB. They add their advertisement at the beginning, the middle, and sometimes at the end of the file... I don't make subs to earn money, but I wish people can contact me if the can complete my subs. That's why I give my email. So, for all the subs I upload here, I keep all the credits. Sometimes they refer to another site, but I think it's fair. If you care about credits when you write subtitles, I think you should add your name at least at the beginning of the file (some sites are smart enough to leave them), but you may also consider adding it in the middle and at the end.
