Hello truc1979. I know that recently the search engines are very strict with the pages to work well on smartphones, but I think that this page has much bigger problems. The main problem I see are the "previous", "next" and "info/download" buttons. They are form buttons instead of links. As far as I know search engines don't usually follow the forms by clicking on the buttons, this prevents them from reading all the pages on the site. I think that for the search engines when a page stops appearing on the front page it is like being deleted because they can't find it. Another problem is the "robots.txt" and "sitemap.txt" I think they are simply outdated. Fixing the buttons I think that the txt are not necessary, but it is a serious problem that they are not correct. it is better not to have them than to have them wrong.
