California native Leslie (tanned and tight Ginger Lynn) has found the love of her life in Michael's character (mustachioed Harry Reems), who is suddenly repulsed when she releases a massive jet of female ejaculate during "oral interaction." Unable to deal with a girlfriend who "loses bladder control" when aroused (or so he thinks), they decide to "take a break." Poor Leslie, convinced of her guilt, seeks professional help from Dr. Elaine Reynolds (aka goddess Annette Haven), who shows her the intricacies of female anatomy with the enthusiastic help of other patients and staff. Here, the Mitchell brothers pull off a clever industry joke when Leslie explodes into orgasm under Dr. Reynolds's expert vaginal manipulation, resulting in a unique facial for the doctor (Haven had a contractual clause with the entire porn industry barring her from such "degrading" acts throughout her carnal career).
This pseudo-documentary, a genre that was called "white coat" and that emerged sometime in the 1960s, provides an excuse, in the form of "educational value," for the graphic display of explicit flesh through "expert explanations" by doctors and scientists. Only the gullible, who apparently covered contemporary legal authorities, swallowed the claim that these epics were intended to enlighten rather than excite the audience's basest passions. Although scientific facts (quite reliable today) are used, they attempt to "peer into" what was then the little-known female pleasure center propagated by Dr. Ernst Gräfenberg (the so-called "G-Spot"). And of course, the rowdy Mitchell brothers obviously delight in parodying this antiquated "white coat" trope, showing the occasional squirt from water hoses and feigned muscular exertion.
