How can this be perfect if it is not even in Spanish?

I think it should be deleted, it's Italian. This can be easily checked because the Italian version is also on the site and they are the same file.

I don't delete them, I prefer to rate them as "Bad". Because if I delete them, someone else will upload them again thinking these subtitles are not on the site... :(
