Our forum page covers this little adjustment. Figure out which way and how much the first line needs to be adjusted and use the subtitle shifter at https://subtitletools.com/ to move all the timestamps one way or the other.
The most common reason why the timing is off is simply if the subtitle or your version of the video has the original company's logos or not. It is easy to adjust for that.
Its works with the duration 2:51:45.
for the first, I try to set the time, but I think they time skipping some of the black scene (with just some word description), and that makes the sub so messy even though you already adjust the time to fit in the first word..

Then you are free to take the subtitle, fix it and add in those screens they missed, then share it with the rest of us. That way, it is fixed and not messy.
I often skip those myself, as they are often completely meaningless. There was one a while back before a movie I did that they were literally just the production crew and company patting themselves on the back for making a great movie. But skipping them should not affect the timing of the subtitle at all.

And I just got the video, and the "black scenes" were not skipped at all in the subtitle. They literally said what the subtitle said they did and where they did and lined up perfectly. I might have worded them differently, but no complaint from me that they were missing.
And the cut of the video I had after I removed the commercial for a Chinese casino was originally 2:53:17, and I cut it to 2:51:42 and starts at the first of the "black screens". So for a 2:51 edit, they probably cut most of the end credits which should have made no difference for most of the video.

I am rating this as "Correct". It is close to "Perfect", but some of the word choices are a bit stilted so not quite "Perfect - pro-quality subs". But otherwise, this is a very good subtitle.
