Admin really needs to move that 'thank you' button. People keep clicking it thinking it's the 'download' button, then removing their erroneous 'thank you'.

Exactly! The funniest I had lately was somebody that sent me one claiming the owner of the site had done a translation to French, and wanted me to look over and clean it up to English. Then sent me the file, and it was just a Vosk S2T and apparently thought I would do all the cleaning up for them.
And I know it was Vosk, because I did my own run through that, and it was 98% the same as he sent me. Big suggestion, do not send us Vosk captures, most of us already do that ourselves as a first step and are familiar with how they look.
