Their is a technical problem with your request: A line shouldn't containt more than 25 chars per second. In porn it often happens, that some people talk at the same time. This easily creates lines with 28+ chars per second. Adding names to such a conversation would add to the problem.
And it's also a lot of work. I have to assume, that deaf persons will see the lips move (in most cases).
